About HSA

HSA is a highly-respected business amongst water enthusiasts and ocean rescue teams worldwide. Our diverse group of end users include lifesaving professionals, marine enforcement, military personnel, divers, fishermen and surfers. HSA ships rescue boards both domestically and internationally from our facility in Morro Bay, California and is orchestrated from our administrative and R&D team located in Haleiwa, Hawaii.

A Little History

It is widely accepted that the Hawaiian Lifeguards pioneered what today is the most efficient method of rough water rescue. Using the agile PWC, with an attached rescue board, Hawaiian Lifeguards were able to efficiently rescue swimmers and surfers, often before serious trouble ensued. Today, the PWC and rescue board combo is considered a standard setup for ocean safety worldwide.

  The Cutter​​​​​​​Dimensions 5″x38″x74″ For those who want more cargo capacity such as sailboarders, divers and tow surfers who need the extra space for gear. Recommended for bigger body types (185 lbs. and over) and in cold water areas where being high and dry reduces exposure.
